MeetMind Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your MeetMind account data by emailing us from the email address linked to your account.

How To Request Deletion

  1. Email meetmind.app.admin@gmail.com with the subject "MeetMind data deletion request".
  2. Include the email or phone number used for your MeetMind account.
  3. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

What We Delete

We delete backend account records, usage metadata, device sessions, wallet records, payment metadata where legally permitted, and related operational records.

Local And Google Drive Data

Meeting audio, transcripts, and local notes live on your device and, if backup is enabled, in your Google Drive app data folder. You can delete local app data from your device and remove MeetMind backup data from your Google account settings.
