How To Request Account Deletion

1. Email meetmind.app.admin@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my MeetMind account.
3. Include the email address used for your MeetMind account.
4. Confirm that you want your account and associated account data deleted.

What We Delete

After verifying account ownership, we delete account profile records, authentication-linked account data, usage metadata, wallet records, device sessions, meeting metadata stored on our backend, and related operational records where deletion is legally permitted.

Meeting Audio, Transcripts, And Backups

Meeting audio, transcripts, and notes may be stored locally on your device and, if you enabled backup, in your own Google Drive. You can delete local data from the app/device settings and remove backed-up MeetMind files from your Google Drive or Google account settings.

Data We May Keep Temporarily

We may retain limited payment, tax, fraud-prevention, security, chargeback, or legal records where required by law or legitimate compliance obligations. These retained records are limited to what is necessary and are not used to recreate your deleted account.

Deletion Timeline

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If additional time is required because of legal, fraud-prevention, or technical reasons, we will reply to the request email.

Partial Data Deletion

You may also request deletion of specific meeting data or backup-related data without deleting your full account by emailing the same address and describing what you want removed.
