Using MeetMind

You are responsible for using MeetMind legally and respectfully. You must have the right to record or transcribe meetings and should notify participants when required by law or policy.

Accounts

You may use MeetMind with Google Sign-In, phone/email authentication, or limited guest access. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

Meeting Content

You retain ownership of the meeting content you create. By using MeetMind features, you allow us and our service providers to process that content only to provide the requested app functionality.

AI Outputs

AI-generated summaries, transcripts, tasks, and chat responses may contain mistakes. You should review important outputs before relying on them for decisions, legal, medical, financial, or professional purposes.

Payments And Credits

MeetMind may offer free minutes, trial codes, promo codes, admin-granted minutes, and prepaid minute packs. Usage limits, validity periods, pack pricing, and offers may change. Recording, importing audio, and meeting bot usage may reduce wallet minutes based on the applicable usage rate.

Minutes are a prepaid service credit for MeetMind features. Paid minutes, free minutes, trial minutes, promo minutes, and admin-granted minutes may expire at the end of their stated validity period. Unused or expired minutes are not refundable, transferable, redeemable for cash, or extendable, except where required by law.

Refunds And Missing Credits

All purchases are final unless applicable law or the payment platform requires otherwise. We do not provide refunds for minutes that were delivered but not used within the validity period.

If you paid for a minute pack but the minutes were not credited to your MeetMind wallet, email meetmind.app.admin@gmail.com with your MeetMind account email or phone number, payment ID or order ID, payment date and time, amount paid, selected pack, and a screenshot or receipt. After review, if we confirm that MeetMind or its payment provider received the money and the minutes were not delivered, we will credit the paid minutes to your wallet. If the payment failed, is pending, was reversed, was refunded, or was not received by us or our payment provider, we will not grant minutes for that payment.

Meeting Bots

When you send a bot to a meeting, a third-party meeting bot provider may join as a participant. The meeting host may need to admit the bot from a lobby or waiting room.

Prohibited Uses

• Do not record meetings without required permission.
• Do not use MeetMind to violate privacy, security, intellectual property, or platform rules.
• Do not attempt to abuse free minutes, payments, APIs, or backend systems.

Service Availability

MeetMind may be unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or platform changes. We may block outdated app versions for security or compatibility.

Data Storage

MeetMind is designed so meeting content is stored on your device and, if you enable backup, in your own Google Drive app data folder. Some content may be processed by MeetMind servers and service providers to provide transcription, AI, email, backup, restore, and bot features. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.
